     M-III Engineering, PLLC (pronounced "M Three") is a Civil/Site Engineering and Land Surveying company with over 60 years of combined experience among the leadership.  Project Experience for M-III consists of a mixed-use development valued at over $180 million, an 1800+ acre golf course community and projects as small as the re-design of parking lots.

     While M-III is experienced in all aspects of site development from the Master Planning to the construction phase of projects, one strength of M-III lies in sustainable design with regards to water resources.  The president of M-III has three engineering degrees including a Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Water Resources.  He is also currently pursuing his PhD on a part-time basis with a focus on urban stormwater treatment. 

     M-III also has the benefit of offering our clients DBE status for local, state, and federal set-asides.  M-III is a Veteran-Owned Small Business and a Minority-Owned DBE.
